These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Hanoi Transfer, either directly or indirectly (via distributors), through our website, email, or telephone. By accessing, browsing, or booking via our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms (including our Privacy Policy).

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Hanoi Transfer. If you do not accept any of the terms listed below, please refrain from using our website or services. By accessing any part of this website or making a booking, you agree to be legally bound by these conditions.

Booking & Deposit Terms

  • Option 1 – Direct Booking via Website (with 10–30% Deposit):

The fastest and most secure way to book with us. Customers can make bookings directly at www.hanoitransfers.com with a deposit of 10% to 30%. This method saves time and bank fees while ensuring a smooth and secure transaction.

  • Option 2 – Booking via Email with Secure Payment Link:

If you choose to book via email, our sales team will confirm the details and send a secure payment link to your email for a deposit (10–30%) or full payment (100%), depending on your preference.

  • Option 3 – Fast Payment via QR Code:

We also offer a fast and secure QR Code payment method. You can simply scan and complete your transaction in seconds.

Once payment is received, a confirmation and travel voucher will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.

inal Payment (Balance Due)

Final payment is typically required one day before your departure or service date and can be paid via cash or credit card.

For group bookings, corporate clients, families, or multi-day/multi-service packages that require significant pre-arrangement, final payment may be requested 3 to 10 days in advance. Our sales manager will inform you if your booking falls under this policy.

If you’re unable to visit our office to complete the final payment, we can send a secure payment link to your email — please inform us in advance if you prefer this method.


Booking Confirmation & Vouchers

All bookings are confirmed via email by our sales or reservations team within one business day. Your travel voucher or service confirmation will be sent to you once the booking and payment process is complete.

Liability & Insurance

Hanoi Transfer is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political incidents, or unforeseen circumstances.

All travelers are advised to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules or local conditions may affect your itinerary, in which case we will offer alternative arrangements of equal value whenever possible.

By joining any tour, you agree to the terms stated herein.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation fees depend on each supplier or cruise partner’s individual policies, as outlined on the specific tour or cruise page.

  • If a tour is canceled by the provider (due to government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.), a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the service status.

  • Full refunds are given for canceled tours that haven’t commenced.

  • Partial refunds apply to ongoing tours (unused portions only).

  • No refunds will be issued if a customer cancels during the trip or declines to use a confirmed service.

Service Alternatives

If a requested service is unavailable (e.g. fully booked accommodation), we reserve the right to offer a comparable alternative. We will notify you as early as possible and provide suitable replacement options or departure dates. If you decline the alternative, we will refund your deposit.

Prices on our website include VAT and service charges, but may exclude bank transfer or card processing fees.

We support direct online booking with a deposit of 10–30% without extra bank fees. Final payments via credit card will incur a 3% banking surcharge.

We carefully select and routinely inspect all our suppliers — including cruises, hotels, transport, tours, and tickets — to ensure high service standards.

We are fully responsible for all confirmed bookings made through us and aim to provide every guest with a comfortable and satisfactory experience.

If the service you receive is not as described or falls below our standards (excluding force majeure like weather), we welcome all feedback and will review your case. If your complaint is valid, a full or partial refund will be processed with utmost respect.
